摘要
在整车设计中,为研究装载质量变化对乘用车燃油经济性的影响,利用Cruise软件对乙醇汽油乘用车建立了整车性能仿真模型,匹配3种主减速传动比和制定5种燃油经济性仿真任务,整车整备质量为1 000 kg,质量变化步长25 kg,得出质量变化对整车燃油经济性的影响;采用AVL PLU 401/108油耗仪进行了实车道路油耗试验,验证了燃油经济性仿真模型结果的正确性,为后续研究装载质量对乘用车燃油经济性能的影响打下了一定基础。
In order to study the influences of variations of complete vehicle weight on the fuel economy in vehicle design,the simulation model of ethanol gasoline engine vehicle performance based on Cruise is established, matching the vehicle with 3 kinds of final drive gear ratio and building 5 kinds of fuel economy simulation tasks, the complete vehicle curb weight is to set 1 000 kg, the steps of variations of vehicle weight is 25 kg, the influence of vehicle weight variation on the fuel economy is presented. The fuel consumption of the actual vehicle is tested using AVL PLU 401/108 Oil Consumption Meter,validating the feasibility of the simulation results on the fuel economy, providing the foundation for studying the influence of vehicle weight on the fuel economy.
