摘要

我国监事会制度运行效果不佳,饱受诟病,应当在现有制度的基础上从勤勉尽责、提高监事的职业素质、给予个人监事一定的权利和激励等方面加强监事会作用的发挥,完善公司治理机制。
        The operating effect of the board of supervisors system in China is not good, which is widely criticized. We should strengthen the role of the board of supervisors and improve the corporate governance mechanism on the basis of the existing system from the aspects of diligence and responsibility, improving the professional quality of supervisors, giving certain rights and incentives to individual supervisors and so on.
