摘要
采用陶粒-硅灰-矿粉复掺制备了轻质高强透水混凝土,并研究了增强剂、掺合料、陶粒替代率及养护制度对透水混凝土性能的影响。试验结果表明,影响混凝土的透水系数的主要因素是设计空隙率和成型时透水混凝土拌合的均匀性,通过掺入增强剂、矿物掺合料,采用合适的陶粒体积替代率及热水养护等方式可配制出抗压强度为34.5 MPa、透水系数为3.6 mm/s、干密度为1 802 kg/m~3的轻质高强高透水性混凝土。
Lightweight high-strength permeable concrete was prepared with ceramsite-silica fume-mineral power composite, and the influences of reinforcing agent, mineral admixture, substitution rate of ceramsite and curing systems on the performance of pervious concrete were studied. The test results show that the key influence factors of concrete permeability coefficient are the design porosity and the uniformity of pervious concrete mixing. The pervious concrete with strength of 34.5 MPa, water permeability of 3.6 mm/s and dry density of 1 802 kg/m~3 can be prepared by mixing strong gel,mineral admixture,appropriate volume replacement of ceramsite and hot water curing.
