摘要

本文从屋面、墙体和门窗三个方面分析了住宅工程中的渗漏原因,并且提出了实际有效的解决办法,能够在一定程度上防止或降低住宅工程中出现渗漏。
        This paper analyzes the causes of leakage of residential engineering from three aspects of roof, walls and doors and windows, and puts forward practical and effective solutions, can prevent or reduce the leakage occurs in housing project in a certain extent.
