综采工作面粉尘分析及防尘设施优化

摘要
以五阳煤矿为例,利用Fluent软件建立了综采工作面的几何模型,通过模拟分析、研究综采工作面逆风开采和顺风开采两种情况下的风速情况,对两种情况进行了对比,对工作面粉尘运动分布情况进行了模拟,研究了开采过程机身、移架、人行道区域的粉尘浓度分布情况。根据模拟分析,对防尘设施优化提出了采煤机参数、水质、水压、风速等方面的建议。
        Taking Wuyang Coal Mine as an example, the geometric model of fully mechanized coal mining face was established by using Fluent software. Through the simulation analysis, the wind speed situation of the fully mechanized mining face in both upwind mining and downwind mining was studied, A comparative study of the two cases was conducted to simulate the distribution of dust movement on the working face and to study the distribution of dust concentration in the fuselage, the moving frame and the sidewalk during the mining process. According to the situation of simulation analysis, the suggestion of shearer parameters, water quality, water pressure, wind speed and so on are put forward to optimize the dustproof facilities.
