高校创新创业教育中的思想引导策略研究

摘要
通过文献回顾总结高校在创新创业教育中思想引导的内涵与重要性,在江苏省内高校开展调研,指出目前创新创业教育问题所在:思想政治教育与创新创业教育分离,教育理念缺乏;创新创业教育与地方经济、文化融合不深,社会价值有限;创新创业教育平台、渠道协同效应、耦合作用欠佳。基于此,提出高校创新创业思想引导策略:倡导"以人为本"的创新创业教育价值理念;融入传统文化教育,以"华商精神"点燃高校创新创业燎原之势;补位协同,打造"四位一体"创新创业教育大格局。
This paper summarizes the connotation and importance of ideological guidance in innovation and entrepreneurship education through literature review. Through the investigation in Jiangsu Province,the paper puts forward the current problems: the separation of ideological and political education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,lack of educational ideas; Due to the lack of integration with local economy and culture,the social value of innovation and entrepreneurship education is limited; Innovation and entrepreneurship education platform,channel synergy effect,and coupling effect are not good.Based on the above factors,the paper puts forward the guiding strategies: advocating the value concept of"people-oriented"innovation and entrepreneurship education; promoting the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education by integrating traditional culture,igniting the innovation and entrepreneurship of colleges and universities with the"Chinese business spirit"; complementing coordination to create a"four in one"innovation and entrepreneurship education pattern.
