摘要
建立了三维脱硫塔数值模型,模拟研究了托盘及雨披环对塔内流动的影响,结果表明:托盘能够有效改善塔内流场,利于脱硫反应的进行,使脱硫效率增大,但是会增大系统压降。雨披环可以有效减少烟气沿壁面的逃逸,系统压降略有增大。
A three dimensional numerical model of desulfurization tower was established. The influence of perforated plate and poncho ring on flow field was simulated. The result show that,the perforated plate can improve the flow field of tower efficiently and good for desulfurization reaction,also increase the efficiency of flue gas desulfurization. But it will increase pressure drop of the system. The Poncho ring can reduce gas escape along the wall effectively,the pressure drop increased slightly.
