摘要
建立了四酸消解-等离子体发射光谱法测定土壤和沉积物中的总铬的方法,该方法较传统的原子吸收法具有前处理简单、灵敏度高和检出限低的优点;对土壤和沉积物标准物质的测定结果表明:测定结果精密度好,准确度高,能满足测试的需求。
A method for the determination of Chromium in soil and sediment prepared by four acid digestion and determined by Plasma Emission Spectrometry is established. This method is simpler than traditional method; The sensitivity is high and the detection limit is low. The results show that the method is accurate, precise and can meet the demand of the test.
