摘要
点源污染源治理是人们最关注的问题,而面源和湖泊内源污染源治理在很大程度上被人们所忽视。根据目前我国在污染源治理方面存在的问题,需要制定全新的工作思路,加强对流域污染源的治理,整合流域污染源的实际情况进行统筹规划,将控制单元落实到流域整体项目上,从而确保系统化、科学化流域污染源治理工程体系的不断完善。本文主要针对我国流域污染源治理工程体系构建问题进行分析,涉及的内容主要包括流域污染源的分类及流域主要陆源治理工程体系。
        The control of source pollution sources is the most concerned problem, while the control of non-point sources and lake endogenous pollution sources is largely ignored by people. Therefore, according to the existing problems in pollution source control in our country, we need to formulate a new working idea, strengthen the control of pollution sources in the river basin, integrate the actual situation of pollution sources in the river basin, and implement the control unit into the overall project of the river basin, so as to ensure the continuous improvement of the systematic and scientific project system of pollution source control in the river basin. In this paper, the construction of river basin pollution source control engineering system in China is analyzed, including the classification of river basin pollution sources and the main land source control engineering system of river basin.
