针灸干预的作用特征与自稳态机制

摘要
针灸疗法完全不同于药物疗法,现代针灸学总结了针灸调节作用的三大特征,即双向良性调节、饱和调节、多靶点调节,但对于这三大特征作用原理的认识并不深刻,原因是还原性的研究方法只能看到针灸调节的微观环节,无法看到整体状态下多靶点调节作用之间的协调与耦合,而这正是系统科学研究方法擅长探究的问题。神经-内分泌-免疫网络理论在针灸疗法防病治病的机制解释中发挥了重要作用,但这种机制的本质应当是人体的自稳态机制和自组织原理。针灸调节的根本机制是机体的自稳态机制对针刺干预的整合与利用,而自稳态机制是自组织系统的典型特征,自组织特性是生物进化的结果。
Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy is completely different from drug therapy. There are three characteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion regulation in modern acupuncture and moxibustion :two-way benign regulation,saturation regulation and multi-target regulation,but the understanding of action principle of these three characteristics is not profound enough. This is because reductive research method can only reveal the mechanism of acupuncture-moxibustion from a microscopic perspective,and cannot reveal the coordination and coupling between the regulation of multi-target in the whole state. However,system scientific research method is good at that. The theory of neuro-endocrine-immune network plays an important role in the mechanism interpretation of acupuncture and moxibustion for disease prevention and treatment,but the essence of this mechanism should be the homeostasis mechanism and the self-organizing principle of the human body.The basic mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion regulation is the integration and utilization of the homeostasis mechanism by the body for acupuncture intervention,and the homeostasis mechanism is a typical feature of self-organizing system. The self-organizing characteristics is the result of biological evolution.
