固井滑套体积压裂技术在致密油水平井的应用

摘要
致密油水平井投产前需要进行体积压裂,目前应用的压裂工艺主要为单段多簇复合桥塞压裂,但该工艺存在施工效率低、费用高、裂缝改造不充分及全井压裂后需要钻塞等问题。针对复合桥塞压裂存在的问题,在致密油扶余油层选取YP42-P1井开展固井滑套体积压裂试验,采用连续油管打开滑套进行单段单簇压裂改造。通过深化水平段储层品质认识及缝间距优化,共部署33条裂缝(即部署33段固井滑套),平均缝间距35m。结合地震属性预测图、砂体平面发育情况及邻井测井综合解释成果等,对缝长、施工排量及压裂液等参数进行优化,实现储层动用最大化,保证改造规模。从现场应用情况看,下入一趟压裂管柱按设计完成33段压裂施工,33级滑套打开成功率为100%、施工效率显著提高、施工费用大幅降低,且每条裂缝均得到充分改造,取得了较好的效果。该技术可为致密油水平井科学高效压裂开发提供技术支持,同时为同类型油藏压裂开发起到一定的借鉴作用。
        Volume fracturing should be done before the horizontal well puts into production for tight oil.At present,the fracturing technology used is single-stage multi-cluster compound bridge plug fracturing mainly.However,this technology has the issues of low construction efficiency,high cost,insufficient fracture reconstruction and plug drilling after fracturing for the whole well.Aiming at the issues during compound bridge plug fracturing,Well YP42-P1 was selected in Fuyu tight oil layer to carry out cementing sliding sleeve volume fracturing test,and coiled tubing was used to open sliding sleeve for single-stage single-cluster fracturing reconstruction.After the deep understanding of reservoir quality at horizontal section and optimization of fracture spacing,33 fractures(i.e. 33 cementing slip sleeves) were deployed with an average fracture spacing of 35 m.Based on the seismic attribute prediction map,sand body plane development and comprehensive interpretation results of adjacent well logging,fracture length,construction displacement and fracturing fluid and other parameters were optimized to maximize reservoir production and ensure the reconstruction scale.Field application shows that the 33-stage fracturing completed according to the design by running a fracturing string.The suc-cess rate of 33-stage sliding sleeve opening was 100%,the efficiency was significantly improved,the cost was greatly reduced,and each fracture was fully reformed,so good results were achieved.This technology can provide technical support for scientific and efficient fracturing development of the horizontal wells for the tight oil,and also play a certain reference role for fracturing development in similar reservoirs.
