摘要
应用于食用菌行业的物联网监控、管理、分析系统,可对拌料控制系统进行远程维护管理。针对我国食用菌领域可视化操作的缺陷,利用台达DVP60ES00R型PLC与TP301 DTU进行RS485通讯,同时在TLINK云平台网页端进行设备创建,实现对控制系统的远程监控。通过对电控设备的选型以及TLINK物联网平台的搭建,巧妙地将物联网技术与普通控制系统相结合,创新性的设计出一种智慧型控制系统。该系统可以在生产过程中实现实时监控和可视化操作,动态调整拌料系统所需的环境因素。并将其应用于绥阳百盛菌包厂中。通过应用表明:系统工作稳定可靠~([1])。
The monitoring, management and analysis system of the Internet of Things used in the edible mushroom industry can be used for remote maintenance management of the mixing control system. According to the defects of visual operation in the field of edible fungi, we use the DVP60 ES 00 R PLC to communicate with TP301 DTU to carry out RS485 communication, and at the same time create equipment at the end of the TLINK cloud platform to achieve remote monitoring of the control system. Through the selection of electronic control equipment and the construction of the TLINK Internet of Things platform, the combination of the Internet of Things technology and the general control system is cleverly designed to design an intelligent control system. The system can realize real-time monitoring and visualization operation in the production process, and dynamically adjust the environmental factors required by the mixing system. And it is applied to Suiyang Banishing Bacillus Packaging Factory. The application shows that the system works stably and reliably~([1])
