摘要
AERMOD模型主要用于大气环境质量模拟,是规划环评和项目环评的重要技术手段之一.在深入了解AERMOD模型模拟机制的基础上,针对规划环境影响评价中大气影响预测的特点,系统总结AERMOD模型在规划环评中的应用步骤和技术要求.以广东珠海富山工业园区为例,基于2010年污染源更新调查数据库和2011年环境统计数据库,借助Arcgis、EIAProA2008、GlobalMapper等预处理工具,运用AERMOD多源模型对富山工业园区规划年的环境空气质量进行预测,同时探讨了模型在应用过程中的优缺点和应用经验.结果表明,模型预测值与实际监测值基本一致,AERMOD模型在规划环评中具有很好的适用性.
        American Meteorological Society/Environmental Protection Agency Regulatory Model(AERMOD)is mainly used in atmospheric environment quality prediction,which is one of the most important technical tools in Planning or Project Environmental Impact Assessment.Based on the progress of Planning Environmental Impact Assessment(PEIA)and the applications of AERMOD,an application process and technical requirements of AERMOD were summarized in PEIA.In the case study of the Guangdong Zhuhai Fushan industrial park,AERMOD was applied to predict the air quality of Fushan industrial park in the planning year,with the aids of such tools as Arcgis,EIAProA2008,and Global Mapper.The case data were derived from the 2010 updated survey database of pollution sources and 2011 local environmental statistics database.Furthermore,advantages and disadvantages as well as experience from the application were discussed.It showed the high match between the predicted values and the observed values.And AERMOD is applicable in PEIA.
