论西欧中世纪晚期的国家公共权力观

摘要
西欧中世纪晚期,社会经济结构的演变促进了国家权力体系的结构性变革,传统天主教会关于国家组织的合理性论述以及国家主权理论的阐释,成为构建中世纪晚期国家公共权力理论的重要基础;神学家和法学家对国家权力的来源及位置问题进行了广泛讨论;宗教改革时期王权至高无上的论点逐渐得到强化,新教理论为世俗国家君主统治的新形式提供了重要理论依据。
In late medieval western Europe,evolution of social economic structure changes structural transform of state public power. Discourse of traditional catholic church on rationality of state organization and exposition of sovereignty lay foundation for theory of state public power in the late middle ages. Idea of state public power forms,and theologists do research on source and position of state public power with legists.During reformation,exposition of supreme royal power is reinforced,and proposition of protestant lay important foundation for rule of new regime.
