护理管理中应用人性化管理的必要性

摘要
目的分析护理管理中应用人性化管理的必要性,为临床管理提供依据。方法抽取该院48名护理人员以及100例患者作为此次研究的目标对象,在护理管理过程中,对48名护理人员实施人性化管理,分析比较实施前以及实施后48名护理人员的差错发生率以及100例患者对48名护理人员护理服务的满意度评分、投诉率。结果实施前48名护理人员的差错发生率为14.58%,显著高于实施后48名护理人员的差错发生率(0.00%)(P<0.05);且实施前、后100例患者对48名护理人员护理服务的满意度评分以及投诉率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理管理中应用人性化管理可以显著降低护理人员的差错发生率,提高患者对护理服务的满意度,减少患者对护理人员的投诉,临床价值显著。
        Objective To analyze the necessity of the application of humanistic management in the nursing management and provide basis for clinical management. Methods 48 nursing staff and 100 cases of patients in our hospital were extracted as the research objects, in the nursing management process, 48 nursing staff were given humanistic management, and incidence rate of errors of nursing staff and satisfactory degree score and compliant rate of 100 cases of patients to 48 nursing staff before and after implementation were analyzed and compared. Results Before implementation, the incidence rate of errors of nursing staff was obviously higher than that after implementation,(14.58% vs 0.00%)(P<0.05), and there were obvious differences in the satisfactory degree score and compliant rate of 100 cases of patients to 48 nursing staff,(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of humanistic management in the nursing management can obviously reduce the incidence rate of errors of nursing staff, improve the satisfactory degree of patients to nursing service and reduce the compliant of patients to nursing staff, and the clinical value is obvious.
