非均质油藏两层分抽合采工艺技术

摘要
针对河南油田非均质油藏两层合采时层间干扰严重、动用不平衡的问题,研究配套了分抽合采工艺技术。该技术是通过采用封隔器层间卡封,分抽泵侧向和尾部连通上下油层举升,实现了两油层同时开发、互不干扰。目前,该技术已形成两种成熟分抽合采工艺管柱,配套了四种分抽泵系列。现场试验表明,该工艺技术阶段平均单井日增油达0.94t/d以上,提高了非均质油藏开发效果。
        In the light of the problem about serious inter-layer interference and unbalancd exploit in the two-layer heterogeneous reservoirs of Henan Oilfield, separate pumping and simultaneous mining technology is developed.The technology is achieved by the interlayer seal packer and the separate pump,which connects the upper and lower oil layers through the lateral and tail channels. Finally, the two-layers are simultaneously developed and do not interfere with each other. At present, the technology has formed two mature tube of separate pumping and simultaneous mining technology, and four separate pumps are serialized. Field tests show that the extra amount of daily oil produced in a single well is above 0.94 t/d,which improves the development effect of heterogeneous reservoirs.
