子宫肌瘤切除术患者围术期护理中采取舒适护理模式的价值分析

摘要
目的探究对子宫肌瘤切除术患者围术期中实施舒适护理模式的应用价值。方法选取2017年8月至2018年11月医院妇产科收治的200例子宫肌瘤切除术患者,随机分成2组。100例患者在围术期行常规护理模式(对照组),剩余100例患者在围术期行舒适护理模式(试验组)。观察两组患者的手术指标、体征指标、舒适度评分及满意度评分。结果试验组的住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的体征指标变化明显优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的舒适度评分、满意度评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在子宫肌瘤切除术患者围术期中实施舒适护理模式,既可改善手术指标,又可提高患者的舒适度和满意度,值得推荐应用。
Objective To explore the application value of the implementation of comfortable nursing mode in patients with hysteromyoma resection. Methods A total of 200 patients with uterine myomectomy who underwent obstetrics and gynaecology in the hospital from August 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. One hundred patients underwent routine nursing mode(control group) during the perioperative period, and the remaining 100 patients underwent comfortable nursing mode(test group) during the perioperative period. Surgical, physical, comfort, and satisfaction scores were observed in the two groups. Results The hospitalization time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05). The changes of the physical signs of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). The comfort score and satisfaction score of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comfortable nursing mode in the perioperative period of patients with hysteromyoma resection can not only improve the surgical index, but also improve the patient's comfort and satisfaction. It is recommended for application.
