摘要
基于产品生命周期理论,首先对省级重点业务平台生命周期特征进行调研,从中提取业务平台生命周期重要特征指标,并采用销售增长率法和普及率分析法对分类的业务平台生命周期阶段进行识别研究,归纳出分类的业务平台生命周期阶段识别方法。在前阶段研究的基础上,根据业务平台生命周期发展特点和各阶段需求,提出适用于不同生命周期阶段的业务平台建设思路和策略。
Based on the theory of product life cycle, the life cycle characteristics of the key provincial business platform were studied, and the important feature indicators of business platform life cycle were extracted, and the classification business platform life cycle stage was identified and studied by using sales growth and penetration analysis method. The identification methods of classification business platform life cycle stage were summarized. Based on the first phase of the study, according to the development characteristics of business platform life cycle and each stage needs, the construction ideas of business platform and strategies for different stages of life cycle were proposed.
