四川省农村订单定向免费医学生生存现状与预期的对比分析

摘要
目的比较农村订单定向免费医学生(简称:定免医学生)生存现状,并将之与其预期对比,了解其对现状的满意度。方法采用整群抽样的方法,在四川省3所医学院校抽取处于大学五年级的定免医学生进行生存状态的预期问卷调查,1年后对其进行追踪调查。结果定免医学生的现状与预期情况差异较大,实际情况均低于预期(如现状中月薪<3 000元占94.6%,预期83.1%的群体月薪>3 000元);实际的主观支持度、客观支持度、对支持的利用度平均得分均低于预期。结论四川省定免医学生生存现状低于预期,学校应加强其在校期间职业思想教育,合理定位职业境遇,政府应制定相关政策保障定免医学生的薪酬待遇和福利,以使该群体能更好地服务于协议单位。
Objective To compare the survival status and expectations of directional free medical students,and to explore the influencing factors of satisfaction.Methods A cluster sampling method was used to investigate the life expectancy of medical students in three medical colleges in Sichuan Province,and a follow-up survey was conducted.Results The current situation and expectation of directional free medical students were quite different,and the actual situation was lower than the expectation(for example,the monthly salary of <3 000 yuan accounted for 94.6%,the expected salary of 83.1% of the students was more than 3000 yuan;the actual subjective support,objective support and utilization of support were lower than their expectations.Conclusion The status of directional free medical students in Sichuan is obviously lower than their expectations..Schools should strengthen their professional ideological education,and the government should formulate relevant policies to ensure the remuneration and welfare of directional free medical students.
