摘要
海洋战略性新兴产业在我国海洋经济创新发展中的先导性与引领性作用日益显著,如何选择适宜其发展的创新生态环境、培育产业创新生态位,是促进其可持续发展的重要问题。基于创新生态位理论探讨了海洋战略性新兴产业的技术演化机理,以创新环境、创新支持、创新产出为分析维度,采用突变级数法对沿海省市创新生态位适宜性进行评价。研究表明,各省市海洋创新生态位存在明显差异,区域海洋创新资源分布的均衡性问题日益突出,沿海省份创新环境以华东、华南部分地区最优,更有利于培育创新生态位、拓展产业创新生态系统。
        Marine strategic emerging industries are playing an increasingly prominent leading role in the innovative development of China's marine economy. How to choose an innovative ecological environment suitable for their development and how to cultivate industrial innovation niche is an important issue to promote their sustainable development. Based on the theory of innovation niche, this paper discusses the technological evolution mechanism of marine strategic emerging industries, and evaluates the suitability of innovation niche in coastal provinces and cities with the analytical dimension of innovation environment, innovation support and innovation output. The research shows that there are obvious differences in marine innovation niches among provinces and cities, and the distribution of regional marine innovation resources is becoming more and more prominent. The innovation environment in coastal provinces is the best in eastern and southern China, which is more conducive to cultivating innovation niches and expanding industrial innovation ecosystem.
