摘要

"走出去"是我国改革开放后,党中央在"引进来"的基础上,为提升对世界双向开放水准实施的更新一轮的重要决定。以"一带一路"政策环境下我国"走出去"企业的发展为背景,分析了我国企业在"走出去"过程中遇到的问题,提出了对"走出去"企业进行混合所有制改革的必要性,讨论了通过混合所有制改革对"走出去"企业升级转型策略的可能性。结论为政府进一步引导、支持企业发展提供决策参考,为我国经济转型升级发展做贡献。
        Encouraging enterprises "going global" is an important action of the Party Central Committee to promote a new round high-level opening up on the basis of "introduction" after the reform and opening up of China. Against the background of the development of China's "going global" enterprises under "the Belt and Road " policy environment, this paper analyzes the problems encountered by Chinese enterprises in the process of "going global". It proposes the necessity of mixedownership reform for the enterprises aimed at "going global", and discusses the possibilities of promoting enterprise transformation strategy with the method of mixed-ownership reform for better "going global". The conclusion provides the government with decision-making references for further guiding and supporting enterprise developments and therefore contributes to China's economic transformation and upgrading.
