醒脑静注射液治疗脑卒中的临床效果评价

摘要
目的:评价醒脑静注射液治疗脑卒中的临床效果。方法:选取2016年8月至2018年8月来我院就诊的40例脑卒中患者作为观察对象,并且通过随机分组的方式,将患者分别分为对照组和实验组,两组患者各20例,对照组患者采取常规治疗手段,实验组患者在常规治疗的基础上实施醒脑静脉注射治疗手段,观察两组患者治疗后的治疗有效率以及生活质量评分。结果:实验组患者在接受治疗后治疗的有效率明显高于对照组患者,并且实验组患者治疗后生活质量评分明显高于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:对脑卒中患者在常规治疗的基础上采取醒脑静脉注射治疗,能够明显地改善患者大脑内的血液循环,有效缩短患者意识恢复的时间,减少患者因过长时间的缺血、缺氧而造成的认知、语言等功能的障碍,降低患者因脑卒中而产生的复发率和死亡率,提高治疗的效果。同时,提高患者的生活质量和生活水平,重新融入正常的社会生活和生产中,值得被推广。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of Xingnaojing injection on stroke. Methods: 40 stroke patients from August 2016 to August 2018 in our hospital were selected as observation objects, and the patients were divided into control group and experimental group with 20 patients in each group. The patients in control group were treated with routine treatment. On the basis of routine treatment, the patients in the experimental group were treated with Xingnao intravenous injection, and the effective rate and quality of life score were observed after treatment. Results: The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was signi?cantly higher than that in the control group. The scores of quality of life after treatment were signi?cantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: On the basis of routine treatment, Xingnaojing injection can obviously improve the blood circulation in the brain, shorten the time of consciousness recovery, reduce the cognitive, language and other dysfunction caused by hypoxia, reduce the recurrence rate and mortality caused by stroke, and improve the effect of treatment. At the same time, it is worth popularizing to improve patients' quality of life and standard of living and reintegrate into normal social life and production.
