微生物菌剂对拱棚连作辣椒生长、产量及品质的影响

摘要
为了研究单一微生物菌剂对拱棚连作辣椒的影响,采用随机区组法探讨了地菌净、荧光假单孢杆菌、巨大芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、荧光假单孢杆菌+巨大芽孢杆菌+枯草芽孢杆菌5种处理对拱棚辣椒生长、产量及品质的影响。结果表明:地菌净及枯草芽孢杆菌处理下辣椒株高、茎粗、冠幅度、果长、果粗、单株结果数、单果质量均高于其它3个处理及对照。枯草芽孢杆菌处理下辣椒小区产量、折合667m~2产量、折合667m~2产值均高于其它4个处理及对照,分别为202.3kg、5 767.4kg、8 074.4元,分别比地菌净、荧光假单孢杆菌、巨大芽孢杆菌、荧光假单孢杆菌+巨大芽孢杆菌+枯草芽孢杆菌处理及对照667m~2产量增幅9.1%、7.0%、4.5%、5.0%、10.7%;在辣椒采收盛期,荧光假单孢杆菌+巨大芽孢杆菌+枯草芽孢杆菌处理连作辣椒维生素C含量最高,为110.7mg·g~(-1);地菌净处理下辣椒维生素C含量次之,且连作辣椒可溶性糖含量最高,为19.58mg·g~(-1);地菌净处理下连作辣椒可溶性蛋白质含量最高,为1.81mg·g~(-1)。
        In order to study the effect of single microbial inoculum on continuous cropping pepper,the effects of germicide,Pseudomonas fluorescent Bacillus,Bacillus gigantobacilli,Bacillus subtilis,Pseudomonas fluorescent Bacillus+Bacillus gigantobacilli+Bacillus subtilis on the growth,yield and quality of pepper in arched shed were investigated by random region group method.The results showed that the plant height,stem diameter,crown diameter,fruit length,fruit size,fruit number of single plant and single fruit weight of continuous cropping pepper,under germicide and bacillus subtilis treatments were higher than those of the other 3 treatments and blank control.The total yield,yield and output value of bacillus subtilis treatment were higher than those of the other 4 treatments and the blank control,they were 202.3 kg,5 767.4 kg and 8 074.4 RMB,respectively.The yield increased by 9.1%,7.0%,4.5%,5.0%,10.7%,respectively.In the pepper harvest period,the highest vitamin C content in continuous cropping pepper was treated by Pseudomonas fluorescent Bacillus+Bacillus gigantobacilli+Bacillus subtilis,for 110.7 mg·g~(-1).Vitamin C content in the pepper treated by germicide was the second.The content of soluble sugar in the continuous cropping pepper was19.58 mg·g~(-1),the soluble protein content of continuous cropping pepper treated by germicide was the highest,which was 1.81 mg·g~(-1).
