摘要
对PLLA/PDLA牵伸丝在不同张力下进行热处理,分别采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、广角X射线衍射(WAXD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等手段对不同张力下热处理得到的纤维样品进行表征和分析。结果表明:经热处理后PLLA/PDLA纤维中仅含有sc立构晶,随着张力的增加,sc立构晶的熔融热焓有小幅增长,纤维的结晶度与取向度稍有增加,同时sc立构晶各晶面所对应的晶粒尺寸均有所增加。此外,张力的增加会引起纤维直径的下降,但对表面形貌无明显影响,仍呈现不规则突起的粗糙表面。
