炼钢生产物流瓶颈工序分析及措施

摘要
对攀钢集团西昌钢钒炼钢厂炼钢生产各工序能力进行分析,指出制约系统产能提升的物流瓶颈环节,采取了铁水罐扩容、缩短炼钢转炉冶炼周期、减少铸机调宽次数等措施,采取措施后,炼钢系统生产能力由1.15万t/d提高至1.30万t/d,为钢铁生产的顺行奠定了基础。
        The capacity of every process during steelmaking in Steelmaking Plant of Xichang Steel Vanadium Co., Ltd. of Pangang Group Corporation was analyzed and then the bottleneck for restricting the production capacity was pointed out. For this bottleneck, such measures as expanding the capacity of a hot metal ladle, shortening the tap-to-tap cycle for steelmaking in converter and reducing the times for adjusting the width of the caster were taken. After that the production capacity of steelmaking system was increased to 13.0 thousand tone molten steel per day from 11.5 thousand tone molten steel per day, which laid the foundation for smooth operation in production of ironmaking and steelmaking.
