摘要

抑郁症在我国处于低了解率和低识别率,在临床中却是高发病率和高复发率的一类疾病。赵建军教授认为,抑郁症病因病机复杂,临证上主张从肝、脾、心论治。治疗以肝为首要,以疏肝、清肝及解郁泻火为治疗大法。
        Depression is a kind of disease with high morbidity and recurrence clinically, and low understanding rate and recognition rate in China. Professor Zhao Jianjun believes that depression has complicated etiology and pathogenesis, which can be treated from liver, spleen and heart clinically. Treatment focuses liver mainly, with main treatment methods of liver-soothing, liver-clearing and relieving depression and fire-purging.
