慢性胃炎从舌辨治的临床思考与应用

摘要
慢性胃炎是消化系统常见病、多发病之一,其临床表现复杂、病史较长,易反复发作,难以根治。西医对于慢性胃炎的生理、病理机制明确,而在中医学里并无独立的病名,现代医家在继承古人经验的基础上,不断总结病机,确立证型,以便于临床工作中辨证论治,但证型不断涌现,往往给临床中带来困惑,"舌为脾胃之外候"、而"苔乃胃气之所蒸熏",察舌验苔在脾胃病的诊治具有重要的意义,通过不断临床实践与思考,从舌论治,不仅便于学习,也符合临床实践。
Chronic gastritis is one of the common diseases and frequently occurring diseases of the digestive system. Its clinical manifestations are complex and long history. It is easy to relapse and is difficult to cure. Western medicine is clear about the physiological and pathological mechanism of chronic gastritis. In TCM,there is no independent disease name. Modern doctors are on the basis of inheriting the experience of the ancients. To summarize the pathogenesis,establishment of syndromes,in order to facilitate the clinical work on the treatment of syndrome differentiation,but the emergence of syndromes often leads to confusion in clinical practice. "Tongue is outside the spleen and stomach"and"moss is steamed by stomach qi". Inspection of tongue and moss is of great significance in the diagnosis and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases. Through continuous clinical practice and thinking,treatment from tongue is not only convenient for learning,but also in line with clinical practice.
