碳化硼的研究进展

摘要
碳化硼在核电、宇航和军事等诸多领域都取得了重要应用,然而关于碳化硼的晶体结构仍存在较大争议,目前,研究者只能确认碳化硼存在多种可能的同分异构体结构。本文综述了碳化硼的发展和研究现状,着重探讨了碳化硼晶体结构的研究进展,并分析了碳化硼的主要制备方法、辐照自修复性能以及热电性能等方面的研究现状。
        Important applications of boron carbide are applied in many fields including nuclear power, aero and military. Crystal structure of boron carbide is still controversial. One agreement is that boron carbide has several possible isomeric compound structures. This paper summarizes the research progress of boron carbide, puts emphasis on the structures of boron carbide, and analyzes the main fabrication methods, self-hea-ling of irradiation, thermoelectric properties of boron carbide.
