电化学水处理技术在工业循环冷却水处理中的应用

摘要
为了控制循环冷却水系统内由水质引起的结垢、污垢、菌枣和腐蚀,保证换热机组的换热效率和使用年限,应对循环冷却水进行处理。介绍了电化学水处理系统的工作原理,对常用化学药剂水处理法和电化学水处理技术在循环冷却水处理中常见问题的控制及循环冷却水处理量和处理费用方面进行了比较,提出电化学水处理技术用于处理循环冷却水,可有效去除水中的污染物,为绿色环保型的水处理方法。
        In order to control the fouling, fouling, jujube and corrosion caused by water quality in the circulating cooling water system, and ensure the heat transfer efficiency and the service life of heat exchange unit, the circulating cooling water should be treated. The working principle of the electrochemical water treatment system was introduced. The common problems in the treatment of circulating cooling water and the treatment arrount of circulating cooling water and the treatment cost of the commonly used chemical medicament water treatment technology and the electrochemical water treatment technology were compared.It was put forward that the electrochemical water treatment technology could effectively remove the contaminants in the circulating cooling water, which is a green environment-friendly water treatment method.
