摘要
在运载火箭阀门零件中,交叉孔相贯处的毛刺去除至关重要。对磨粒流、电解质等离子、电火花成形、电火花高速穿孔等去毛刺工艺与无毛刺加工技术进行了梳理,探究了不同工艺影响去毛刺效果的关键要素,阐述了各种工艺的适用范围与适用对象,并开展了运载火箭阀门交叉孔特种加工去毛刺应用验证。
The deburring of crosshole is crucial to the launch vehicles valve. A series of non-traditional machining deburring method,such as abrasive flow machining,electrolysis and plasma polishing,electric discharge machining and electric discharge perforation,were reviewed. The affected factor of deburring effect of each method was discussed. In addition,the scope of application of each method was expanded. The deburring effect was proved with the tests for launch vehicles valve.
