重庆市儿童母亲人乳头瘤病毒疫苗接种意愿和影响因素研究

摘要
目的了解重庆市儿童母亲对人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)疫苗的接种意愿和影响因素。方法采用分层抽样方法选择重庆市8个区县6月龄-6岁儿童的母亲进行HPV相关知识和HPV疫苗接种意愿问卷调查,采用Logistic回归分析接种意愿的影响因素。结果在802名调查对象中,149名(18.58%)知晓导致宫颈癌的主要HPV型别,128名(15.95%)知晓HPV感染途径,623名(77.68%)愿意接种HPV疫苗,671名(83.67%)愿意为子女接种HPV疫苗。Logistic回归分析显示,职业、家庭收入、HPV和HPV疫苗知晓情况、疫苗价格、第二类疫苗接种史是影响调查对象接受HPV疫苗的显著性因素。结论儿童母亲对HPV疫苗的接受率高但HPV相关知晓率低。建议加强健康教育、降低疫苗价格以提高HPV疫苗的可及性。
        Objective To assess acceptance of human papillomavirus(HPV) vaccine among children's mothers in Chongqing city and factors influencing acceptance. Methods We used a stratified random sampling method to recruit mothers of children aged 6 months to 6 years from 8 counties of Chongqing to participate in a questionnaire-based survey of HPV vaccine acceptance. We used logistic regression to determine factors influencing acceptance. Results Among 802 participants, 149(18.58%) knew the HPV types causing cervical cancer; 128(15.95%) knew HPV transmission routes; 623(77.68%) would like to receive HPV vaccination; and 671(83.67%)would like to have their children vaccinated with HPV vaccine. Logistic regression showed that education, family income, knowledge about HPV and HPV vaccine, vaccine price, and history of receiving Category II vaccines were factors significantly influencing acceptance of HPV vaccine. Conclusions Children's mothers were highly accepting of HPV vaccine but had little knowledge about the vaccine. We recommend enhancing health education and reducing vaccine price to improve knowledge about and access to HPV vaccine.
