女性痰湿壅盛型高血压病给予半夏白术天麻汤合温胆汤治疗的康复效果分析

摘要
目的对女性痰湿壅盛型高血压病给予半夏白术天麻汤合温胆汤治疗的康复效果进行探讨。方法研究中纳入60例对象为该院2015年1月—2017年6月收治的痰湿壅盛型高血压病女性患者,根据其入院就诊时间均分组,对照组用西医西药治疗,观察组用半夏白术天麻汤合温胆汤治疗;将两组患者各项临床数据详细整理后作回顾性分析。结果治疗后观察组临床各症状积分低、临床治疗效果优,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论女性痰湿壅盛型高血压病患者经半夏白术天麻汤合温胆汤治疗的效果显著,可显著改善其临床症状,充分降低其舒张压、收缩压水平,具有极佳的临床推广价值。
Objective To discuss the rehabilitation effect on the female phlegm dampness type hypertension cured by Wendan Decoction and Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction. Methods 60 cases of the phlegm dampness type patients with hypertension of our hospital in January 2015 to June 2017 were included, which were treated with western medicine according to hospital admission time of the packet as the control group, which were treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction Treatment of Wendan decoction as the observation group; the clinical data of two groups were done retrospective study. Results After the treatment, clinical symptom score, clinical treatment effect of the observation group is better, compared with the control group differences(P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Wendan Decoction treating hypertension of phlegm dampness accumulation in women is significant, which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure level, which has an excellent clinical value.
