摘要

目的探讨阴式子宫切口瘢痕妊娠病灶清除术在治疗剖宫产切口瘢痕妊娠中的应用。方法将我院2017年6月至2018年6月期间的剖宫产切口瘢痕妊娠患者60例进行分组研究,对照组30例行常规药物治疗,观察组30例行阴式子宫切口瘢痕妊娠病灶清除术治疗,对不同治疗方法的效果进行分析。结果观察组术中出血量、住院时间、HCG水平复常时间以及不良反应发生率相对于对照组较低,P<0.05。结论阴式子宫切口瘢痕妊娠病灶清除术在治疗剖宫产切口瘢痕妊娠中具有较高的应用价值,可有效缩短住院时间以及HCG水平复常时间,降低不良反应发生率。
        Objective To investigate the application of vaginal uterine incision scar pregnancy resection in the treatment of cesarean section incision scar pregnancy. Methods A total of 60 patients with cesarean section scar pregnancy in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled in a group study.In the control group, 30 patients underwent routine drug therapy, and 30 patients in the observation group underwent vaginal uterine incision scar pregnancy resection. The effects of different treatment methods were analyzed. Results The intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay, HCG recurrence time and adverse reaction rate were lower in the observation group than in the control group, P< 0.05. Conclusion The vaginal uterus incision scar pregnancy removal has a high application value in the treatment of cesarean section scar pregnancy, which can effectively shorten the hospitalization time and the recurrence time of HCG level and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
