我国安全生产法发展现状及思考

摘要
建立健全安全生产法治新秩序是减少和遏制安全生产事故的重要手段,是有法可依、有法必依、执法必严、违法必究的依法行政思想的体现。通过分析国内外安全生产法制建立完善的历史和现状、国内外安全生产事故死亡人数以及我国安全生产执法的现状,找出我国依法行政方面存在的主要问题和差距,提出解决问题的方法和手段,进而得出建立健全安全生产法律法规,才能完善安全生产法治秩序,从而减少安全生产事故起数和死亡人数,达到依法行政、依法治安的目的。
Establishing and perfecting a new legal order for production safety is an important means to reduce and curb accidents in production safety.It embodies the administrative thought of law-abiding,law-abiding,law-enforcing and law-breaking.By analyzing the history and current situation of the establishment and perfection of safety production law at home and abroad,the death toll of safety production accidents at home and abroad,and the current situation of safety production law enforcement in China,this paper finds out the main problems and gaps existing in the administration according to law in China,puts forward the methods and means to solve the problems,and then comes to the conclusion that only by establishing and perfecting safety production laws and regulations,can the legal order of safety number of accidents and deaths in production safety should be reduced to achieve the goal of administration and public order according to law.
