摘要
随着矿业开发的不断推进,深地资源开发是未来矿业行业发展的大势所趋,"三高一扰动"是深地资源开采面临的三大难题。目前我国矿井开采超过千米的深井正在逐年增加,井下高温问题逐步显现,就现阶段国内矿山全面开展通风降温尚不成熟的情况下,为解决深井局部热源的降温问题,对局部热源研制局部制冷降温设备迫在眉睫。分析了矿井制冷降温系统的基本组成构架;结合局部通风方案,计算新风热负荷和设备散热确定系统制冷量,并在此基础上进行了制冷系统主要设备选型。该设备在某千米深井铁矿井下胶带驱动站实施后,硐室内干球温度下降6.2℃,与硐室串联的胶带干球温度降低5.5℃,工人体感温度明显降低,现场作业环境有效改善,研发的该套系统对于深井矿山在开拓期间通风困难的矿井具有一定的推广意义。
        With the continuous development of mining development,deep resource development is the general trend of the development of the mining industry in the future.The "three high and one disturbance" is the three major problems facing the exploitation of deep resources.At present,the deep wells in China with more than 1,000 kilometers of mines are increasing year by year,and the high temperature problems in the wells are gradually appearing.At the present stage,when the domestic mines are fully developed,the cooling of the local hotspots is still immature,in order to solve the problem of cooling the local heat source of the deep wells,the local heat source is partially developed.Refrigeration and cooling equipment is imminent.The basic composition of the mine cooling and cooling system is analyzed.Combined with the local ventilation scheme,the new wind heat load and equipment heat dissipation are calculated to determine the cooling capacity of the system.Based on this,the main equipment selection of the refrigeration system is carried out.After the equipment was implemented in the belt drive station of a deep mine iron mine in a certain kilometer,the indoor dry bulb temperature dropped by 6.2 ℃,and the dry bulb temperature in series with the chamber decreased by 5.5 ℃.The worker's somatosensory temperature was significantly reduced,and the on-site working environment was effectively improved.The research and development of this system has certain promotion significance for deep well mines during the development period.
