四川省水果产业的循环模式及现状分析

摘要
首先通过对四川省水果产业的循环模式进行调查,总结出现阶段全省最主要的4种循环模式:以沼气工程为纽带的水果产业循环模式;以畜牧业为核心的水果种养循环模式;以林果种植为中心的生态种养循环模式;观光生态农业循环模式。其次,基于629份水果种植农户样本数据,运用组间检验、相关分析、方差分析等方法,对四川省循环农业发展现状进行分析。研究发现,虽然四川省水果产业在探索和发展循环经济方面取得了一定成效,但依然存在农户对循环经济的认知不足,政府对循环农业的扶持力度不够,发展循环农业缺乏足够的资金和技术支持等问题,据此提出相应建议:加强循环经济模式的宣传和培训,加大循环农业的扶持力度,建立循环经济发展专项资金,加快农业循环技术转化与推广,完善农业循环法律法规体系。
The article first investigates and studies the circulation patterns and status quo of the Sichuan fruit industry, and summarizes the four major cycle modes in Sichuan at the present stage: the cycle model of the fruit industry linked by biogas projects; the fruit industry circulation model based on animal husbandry; the ecological cycling mode of cultivation centered on fruit tree planting; tourism ecological agriculture cycle mode. Secondly, based on the survey data of 629 fruit plantation households, the status quo of the current circular agriculture in Sichuan Province was analyzed using inter-group inspections, correlation analysis and variance analysis. The study found that although the fruit industry in Sichuan Province has achieved some success in the exploration and development of circular economy, there are still some problems,such as farmers lacking awareness of circular economy, lacking of support for circular agriculture by the government, lacking of adequate funding and technical support for the development of agricultural circulation. Based on this, the article proposes to strengthen the promotion and training of the circular economy model, increase support for recycling agriculture, establish special funds for the development of circular economy, accelerate the transformation and promotion of agricultural recycling technology, and improve the system of laws and regulations for recycling agriculture.
