摘要
目的考察不同采样期皱皮木瓜内在物质含量动态变化,不同部位SOD活性动态变化,保存方式及时间对SOD活性的影响,探讨木瓜最佳采收期、保存方法及时间。方法通过紫外分光光度法测定木瓜不同采样期、不同部位及保存时间的SOD活性;通过高效液相色谱法测定其指标成分(熊果酸、齐墩果酸)含量,通过醇溶性浸出物测定法测定浸出物含量。结果不同采样期皱皮木瓜SOD活性及内在物质含量均呈现动态变化;不同部位SOD活性为:果皮先低后高,果肉为先低、中高、后低,果仁皮先高后低。冷藏保鲜和冰冻处理条件下,木瓜果肉SOD均能保持稳定的活性。结论重庆皱皮木瓜七月中旬到八月中旬为重庆皱皮木瓜的适宜采摘时间; SOD分布:六月初至七月初主要分布在果仁皮与果肉,七月中旬至八月底主要分布于果皮与果肉;鲜品保存时间在3个月以内都能保持SOD很好的活性。
        Objective To study the dynamic change rules medicinal ingredients from Chaenomelis Fructus in different harvesting periods,dynamic changes of SOD activity in different tissues,the effect of storage method and time of SOD activity,and explore the optimal of Chaenomelis Fructus,preservation methods and time. Methods The activity of SOD was determined by UV,the contents of oleanolic acid,uesolic acid were determined by HPLC. The leaching content was determined by Alcohol-soluble extract assay. Results There were dynamic change of activity of SOD and medicinal ingredients from Chaenomelis Fructus; The SOD activity in different tissues was as follows: the skin was low first and then high,and the pulp was first low,middle high,and late low,and the core was first high and then low. Under experimental conditions,the SOD of pulp can maintain stable activity. Conclusion Comprehensive analysis showed that the optimal harvesting period is mid-July to mid-August; SOD mainly distributed in peel and pulp; The activity of SOD can maintain good activity within 3 months.
