针灸联合益智仁汤治疗脑瘫患儿的临床效果

摘要
目的观察针灸联合益智仁汤治疗脑瘫患儿的效果。方法选取本院收治的90例脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组给予针灸治疗,观察组给予针灸联合益智仁汤治疗。比较两组脑瘫治疗效果,症状改善时间,治疗前后患儿精细运动功能评分、粗大运动功能评分、社会适应性评分,以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗效果、症状改善时间均显著优于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后观察组精细运动功能评分、粗大运动功能评分、社会适应性评分均显著优于对照组(P <0.05);观察组治疗不良反应与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论针灸联合益智仁汤治疗脑瘫的应用效果确切,可有效改善运动功能和提高社会适应性,且无严重不良反应,安全有效。
Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with Yizhiren decoction on children with cerebral palsy. Methods A total of 90 children with cerebral palsy treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with Yizhiren Decoction. The treatment effect of two groups of cerebral palsy was compared,the time of symptom improvement,the fine motor function score,the gross motor function score,the social adaptability score,and the side effect rate of the children before and after the treatment. Results The treatment effect and symptom improvement time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05). The fine motor function score,the gross motor function score and the social adaptability score of the observation group were all after the treatment. It was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the adverse events between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with Yizhiren Decoction on cerebral palsy is definite,which can effectively improve motor function and social adaptability without serious adverse reaction and is safe and effective.
