摘要
为了实现无刷直流电动机的空载特性测试,在其动态数学模型的基础和空载条件下,研究了基于在线递推最小二乘法参数辨识技术的无刷直流电动机空载测试技术,对电阻、电感和反电动势系数等参数行了辨识,并依据机电参数与特性、其他物理量之间的关系得到其他参数,该方法具有操作过程便捷、省时等特点,通过Matlab对测试方法进行了仿真,验证了该测试技术的可行性。
        In order to implement the no-load characteristic test of brushless DC motor, on the basis of its dynamic mathematical model and under the no-load condition, this paper studies the no-load test technology of brushless DC motor based on the parameter identification technology of on-line recursive least squares method. The parameters such as resistance, inductance and back EMF coefficient are identified, and other parameters can be obtained from the relationship between electrical parameters and other physical parameters. This method has such characteristics as convenient operation and time-saving. The test method is simulated by Matlab, and the simulation results show that this test technology is available.
