新工科背景下的研究生创新与协作意识教育

摘要
为主动应对新一轮科技革命与产业变革,满足国家战略,新工科建设成为中国高等教育的方向。研究生比本科生更容易接触到技术和产业的前沿,因此,研究生教育具有比本科教育对"新工科"有着更为迫切的需求。新工科要求研究生具有创新意识和科研协同能力。为培养研究生的创新与协作意识,研究生导师需发挥主导作用,侧重对研究生科研习惯与思维方法的培养,并在科研任务、评价体系等方面予以倾斜。研究生需要发挥主动作用,在科研方案设计、科研任务协同以及跨学科知识储备等方面努力,才能培养出满足新工科需要的创新意识和协同能力,形成适应今后科技发展潮流。
        In order to actively respond to the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change and meet the national strategy,the construction of new engineering subject has become the direction of the high education in China.Postgraduates are more likely than undergraduates to touch with the frontier of technology and industry,so postgraduate education has a more urgent need for "new engineering subjects" than undergraduate education.New engineering subject requires graduate students to have an innovative consciousness and the scientific research collaborative ability.In order to cultivate the innovative and cooperative consciousness of postgraduates,postgraduate tutors should play a leading role,focusing on the cultivation of postgraduates' scientific research habits and thinking methods,and inclining to the scientific research tasks and the evaluation system.Postgraduates need to play an active role in the design of scientific research programs,collaboration of scientific research tasks,and interdisciplinary knowledge reserve,so as to cultivate innovative consciousness and collaborative ability to meet the needs of new engineering subjects and form innovative ability to adapt to the trend of future scientific and technological development.
