摘要
通过空泡腐蚀试验、SEM表面形貌观察,研究了不同热处理条件下双相不锈钢3A在自来水中的耐空泡腐蚀性能。试验结果表明:时效状态下的抗空泡腐蚀性能好于固溶态,时效温度越高,抗空蚀能力越强。铁素体首先发生空蚀破坏,失效方式为脆性断裂。奥氏体相区的塑性变形吸收了空泡溃灭产生的冲击能量,提高了不锈钢的抗空蚀能力。
The cavitation corrosion resistance of duplex stainless steel 3 A in tap water under different heat treatment conditions was studied by cavitation corrosion test and surface morphology observation of SEM. The experimental results show that, the anti-cavitation corrosion performance of aging state is better than that of solid solution state. The higher the aging temperature, the bigger the cavitation resistance. The cavitation erosion of ferrite occurs first, the failure mode is brittle fracture. Plastic deformation in austenitic phase region absorbs the impact energy produced by cavitation collapse and improves the cavitation corrosion resistance of stainless steel.
