鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗真菌性鼻窦炎48例临床分析

摘要
目的:分析鼻窦内窥镜手术在真菌性鼻窦炎中的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2016年5月至2017年5月广州医科大学附属顺德医院收治的真菌性鼻窦炎患者48例,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组患者24例,对照组采用常规的药物治疗方法,观察组采用鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗方法。结果:观察组患者治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对真菌性鼻窦炎患者使用鼻窦内窥镜手术,治疗有效率上升,并发症发生率下降,取得了良好的临床效果。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in fungal sinusitis. Methods 48 patients with fungal sinusitis from 2016 May to 2017 this May in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 24 cases in each group, the control group using conventional drug treatment, observation group were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery mirror method. Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically signifi cant(P < 0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically signifi cant(P < 0.05). Conclusion the endoscopic sinus surgery in patients with fungal sinusitis treatment effi ciency increased, the incidence of complications decreased, and achieved good clinical results, should be vigorously promoted in the hospital.
