摘要
代谢组学是新近兴起的一种系统生物学研究手段,具有整体性、动态性反应生物体接受刺激时所作出的代谢物层面的变化,与中医整体观十分吻合,因此广泛用于中医中药学的研究中,在针灸学机制的研究中早已将代谢组学作为一种有效的研究手段,近年来针灸代谢组学的研究日趋增多,在揭示针灸作用机制方面也取得了一定的成果,故对现今的研究做一综述,以愿能为代谢组学广泛应用于针灸的现代化研究提供新思路。
        Metabolomics is a kind of newly emerged systematic biology research method,with integrity and dynamic nature. It can reflect the changes of metabolins when stimulating the living organism. Due to its accordance with the holism in traditional Chinese medicine( TCM),it is widely used in TCM and Chinese materia medica. In the research of acupuncture mechanism,metabonomics has been taken as an effective method of research for a long time. There are more researches of metabonomics on acupuncture and moxibustion in recent years with certain achievements in terms of revealing the mechanisms of acupuncture and moxibustion. This paper made a review on current studies,wishing to provide new ideas for metabonomics being widely used in modern acupuncture research.
