石榴籽油研究进展

摘要
石榴籽油具有很好的药用级营养价值,本文就石榴籽油的组成成分、快速提取和药理活性等方面进行了综述,探讨了石榴籽油的应用前景,为石榴籽油的开发利用提供参考.
        Pomegranate seed oil has good medicinal grade nutritional value,The research progresses on chemical constituents,extraction methods and pharmacological actions of pomegranate seed oil are reviewed. The application prospects of pomegranate seed oil are discussed with the purpose of providing references for the development and utilization of pomegranate seed oil.
