麦草秸杆化机浆废水膜处理的研究

摘要
采用膜处理方法对麦草秸杆化机浆废水进行逐级处理研究。通过对原水进行预处理,再使用微滤、超滤、纳滤、反渗透全套膜过滤流程对预处理后的废水进行逐级处理,并分析了其处理前后的各项指标参数:pH、COD_(Cr)、电导率、SS、TS、色度。结果表明:预处理阶段不加药自然沉淀,COD_(Cr)去除率达15.75%;微滤阶段对SS的去除效果很好,色度明显降低,COD_(Cr)平均去除率达55.28%;超滤阶段各项指标改善不明显,COD_(Cr)平均去除率仅为16.9%;纳滤膜处理后的废水色度大大降低,对溶解性的大分子去除效果很好,COD_(Cr)平均去除率为55.29%;反渗透膜处理对废水中残留的溶解性有机物小分子和盐类去除率很好,电导率大大降低,色度去除率100%;经一系列膜过滤的组合处理后,出水清澈,COD_(Cr)小于100 mg·L~(-1),效果良好。
        Membrane filtration was used to treat with wasterwater from wheat straw chemimechanical pulping. After the pretreatment of raw water, and then the use of microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis full set of membrane treatment process for wheat straw straw CTMP wastewater gradation treatment, analysis the wastewater the various indicators parameters which before and after the treatment: pH, COD_(Cr), conductivity, SS, TS, color. The results showed that the average removal rates of COD_(Cr) reached 15.75% in the natural precipitation pretreatment stage without adding chemical reagent. In the microfiltration stage, the removal effect of SS was very good, the chromaticity was obviously reduced, and the average removal rates of COD_(Cr) was up to 55.28%. No significant improvement was observed in the ultrafiltration stage, the average removal rates of COD_(Cr) was only 16.9%. The chromaticity of nanofiltration wastewater was greatly reduced. Nanofiltration treatment has good removal rate of dissolved big molecule organic matter and the removal efficiency of COD_(Cr) was 55.29%. Reverse osmosis treatment has good removal rate of dissolved small molecule organic matter and salt in wastewater, greatly reduced electrical conductivity and 100% chromaticity removal rate. After a series of membrane filtration combined treatment, the effluent is clear,with COD_(Cr) less than 100 mg·L~(-1), and the effect of treament is good.
