摘要

近年来,农村教师流动有发展为一种普遍的社会现象的趋势,怎样做出对教师不合理流动的整改,实现城乡教师的良性流动逐渐成为研究的热点。本文通过综合调查报告数据与参考文献,梳理出皖西北地区,农村教师流动现状的基本情况。通过对农村教师流动现状的了解,从环境、政策、生存压力等诸多角度探讨农村教师无序流动的原因,提出了转变观念、法律保障、增加投入、提高待遇、规范管理、弱势补偿、制度创新、提供发展平台等措施。
        In recent years, the flow of rural teachers has developed into a general social phenomenon, how to make unreasonable flow of teachers rectification, to achieve the healthy flow of urban and rural teachers has gradually become a hot research. In this paper, through the comprehensive investigation report data and references, combing the northwest Anhui Province, rural teachers,the basic situation of the flow of teachers. Through the understanding of the current situation of rural teachers' flow, this paper discusses the reasons of the disorder flow of rural teachers from the perspectives of environment, policy and survival pressure, and puts forward some suggestions on how to change the concept, legal protection, increase investment, improve treatment, standard management, weak compensation and institutional innovation, To provide development platform and other measures.
