摘要

通过对云南文山斗南锰业股份有限公司嘎科采区局部运搬方案进行改进,使出矿上山脉外反穿坡度为60(°),达到矿石自溜要求,在出矿口处架设木质梭槽放矿,改变运矿方式为拉底电耙出矿和矿石自重溜矿相结合,从而减少1台电耙运搬矿石,有效提高了矿石运搬效率,同时缩短了脉外反穿的切割距离。
        This article,through Wenshan Dounan Mn industry corporation in GA section mining district,has put forward a programme in improvement,by resorting to mine mountains outside anti-wearing slope for 60( °) with ore self-slipping requires. It has changed mine way for pulling end of electric rake mine outside,with ore deadweight slipped and mine phase combined. In doing so,we,in outside mine-mouth,erected wood mass shuttle slot, reducing the work of one electric rake,as has effectively improved ore to move,meanwhile we have shortened pulse outside anti-wearing of cutting distance.
