摘要
化学驱技术已经在渤海三大油田44口井推广应用,增油效果显著。随着注聚的实施,产出液处理困难、处理流程短、油水处理效果难以达标等问题越发严重。针对海上油田含聚产出液破乳效果差的问题,优化设计了改性的高效破乳剂。室内瓶试试验结果表明,TM系列破乳剂的破乳脱水效果均好于平台在用破乳剂。研发的改性破乳剂加药浓度为300 mg/L时,处理后样品的油中含水5.4%,乳化层含水1.2%,破乳效果较好,水质呈清澈状。当药剂投加量为320 mg/L时,水质清晰且能显著改善SZ36-1WHPK平台采出液破乳脱水效果。加药梯度破乳效果评价试验表明,加药浓度增加到320 mg/L时,破乳效果优异,可达到与平台在用破乳剂相同的破乳效果,药剂用量减少了16%。
        Chemical flooding technology has promoted the application of 44 wells in the three major oilfields in Bohai with remarkable oil-increasing effects.With the implementation of the injection,the problems of difficult treatment of produced liquid,short processing flow,and difficulty in achieving the oil-water treatment effect are becoming more serious.Modified high-efficiency demulsifier was optimized for the problem of poor demulsification effect of poly-produced liquid in offshore oilfield.The results of the indoor bottle test showed that demulsification dehydration effect of TM series demulsifier was better than that of demulsifier used in the platform.When the modified demulsifier concentration was 300 mg/L,the oil in the sample after treatment had a water content of 5.4%,the emulsion layer of 1.2%,demulsification effect was good,and water quality was clear.When the dosage was 320 mg/L,water quality was clear and could significantly improve the demulsification and dehydration effect of SZ36-1 WHPK platform.The evaluation experiment of dosing gradient demulsification showed that when the concentration of the drug was increased to 320 mg/L,demulsification effect was excellent,which was the same as demulsifier,and the dosage of the drug was reduced by 16%.
