摘要
以Nb+Ti系冷轧低合金高强钢为研究对象,探讨了Si含量和过时效温度对钢板组织与性能的影响。结果表明:退火温度为760~820℃,含0. 5%Si的钢板较0. 1%Si钢板的抗拉强度更高、屈服强度更低,伸长率更高;提高硅含量后,组织中铁素体的纯净度更高,并生成一定量的贝氏体。过时效温度从400℃降低到280℃,0. 5Si钢板的强度升高、屈强比降低、伸长率降低;降低过时效温度后,组织中贝氏体的含量升高,铁素体晶粒更细。
Effects of Si content and overaging temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of cold rolled HSLA sheet were studied. The results show that when annealed at 760-820 ℃,the tensile strength and elongation of the steel sheet contained 0. 5% Si is higher,while the yield ratio is lower,compared with the one contained 0. 1% Si. When the silicon content is increased,the purity of the ferrite in the microstructure is higher,and a certain amount of bainite is formed. With the decrease of overaging temperature from 400 ℃ to280 ℃,for the 0. 5 Si steel sheet,the strength increases,yield ratio decreases and elongation decreases. Furthermore,the content of bainite increases and grain size of ferrite is finer with the decrease of overaging temperature.
