硼酸钠对起动铅酸电池性能的影响

摘要
添加过硼酸钠对生正极板活性物质的组成影响不大。与不含过硼酸钠生正极板相比,含过硼酸钠生正极板的铅膏与板栅的结合力更大。含过硼酸钠电池的首次容量较低,但整体容量有所提高。含过硼酸钠电池的低温起动性能得到改善,循环寿命较不含的电池提高了2.80%,但充电接受能力降低显著。
        In this paper, sodium perborate has little influence on the composition of active materials. The fall strength of green positive plates with sodium perborate is significantly lower than that without sodium perborate. The additive sodium perborate decreased the first capacity, however, improved the capacity and cold starting performance. compared with the battery without sodium perborate, The cycle life of batteries added sodium perborate increased by 2.80 %. But the charge acceptance of batteries added sodium perborate decreased obviously.
